Greetings! This blog is about experiences with customer
service in Jamaica. Over the years I’ve heard and shared various positive and
negative stories about encounters with representatives of stores, doctors,
government agencies, etc. at home here in Jamaica. Through this blog I hope to
encourage better customer service by accurately and fairly sharing my everyday experiences
with customer service at various locations.
Earlier I used the term “representative.” By representative
I refer to anyone employed by or on behalf of organisations who interacts with
customers and clients. This may include the security guard at the gate to the
CEO.
I hope others will join me in this quest to encourage better
service in Jamaica by added your comments, sharing experiences, providing
additional details, etc.
